Steps Towards Your Recovery Journey
Once you get in touch with us, we will begin the admissions process so that you can get moving on your recovery. One of the first things you will do is answer some questions for us so we can learn more about you. These questions will help us gather information about your relationship with drugs or alcohol, family history, and other important personal factors. Our admissions specialists spend this time with you so that the mental health and medical professionals on our team can determine which level of outpatient treatment is most suitable for your needs.
How do I get into treatment?
When you call, our team will answer any questions about treatment, help confirm your benefits coverage and perform a pre-assessment to determine your eligibility. They may ask about your:
- Current living situation
- History of substance abuse
- Medical history and Information
- Health insurance policy
Insurance Guidance and Tailored Treatment Programs
Upon verifying your insurance, our advocate will provide a treatment program recommendation that is tailored to your recovery needs.
Calls may originate from potential patients, family members or loved ones. It’s not important who makes the call, it’s just important that someone calls. Cost for treatment:
After you have received medical clearance from our team, your Intake Specialist will help you determine insurance coverage and treatment costs, make the necessary financial arrangements.
